Preorder items ensure that you grab a piece before they sell out once landed, and are paid in full to reserve.  Please note that if for some odd reason you need to cancel your preorder item, you may do so only if they have not landed yet.  We charge a 15% restocking fee on all preorder cancellations. 

Arrival dates are tentative and may change due to ocean freight conditions that are out of our hands.  Please note that our handmade pieces have to journey across the ocean to our warehouse first, before packing them off to you.  Any changes to arrival dates will be emailed to preorder customers.  Once landed, they take 7-14 business days to handle before shipping them off to its lovely new home <3.
