Refund / Exchange / Preorder Policy
Fragrance / Small Items
At this time, we DO NOT offer returns on our items. Small items such as home goods and candles can be exchanged once we receive them back in unused condition
To facilitate an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the package back to our warehouse.
All of our furniture is handmade and we do not keep a large stock of them in our warehouse. Once gone, they are gone, unless preordered. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer returns on our furniture items. If you are local to Los Angeles/Pasadena, you may come in for an exchange of an item equal in value, granted item is in unused condition and within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations as our items are so limited. If we do agree to cancel an order and it has already been processed and off to handling, items will have a 20% restocking fee.
Preorders/ Custom Orders
Preorders and custom orders are NOT refundable. They are paid in full up front so that we may reserve a piece for you.
- Custom orders are non refundable and paid in full as they are not part of our lineup, so a full payment is required for us to put in the order with our artisans.
- Preorders are usually on items that will be arriving in the future, so by preordering, you are securing a piece before they sell out.
